Printer Compatible Toner

I get this question all of the time.  Truth is, there are some very simple steps you can take to insure the longevity of your machine and save some cash.  Unfortunately, prices for ink and toner most certainly make you feel like you’re maintaining a Ferrari (thank God for compatible toner).  Here are a couple tips to help you out.

Here’s what you do.

1. Only buy compatible and re-manufactured toner from reputable businesses.  If it’s really cheap, there’s a reason why it’s really cheap.

If you saw a Mercedes E Class for 50k and one dealer, then went down to another dealer and saw the same make and model for 20K…you’re going to ask yourself what the hell is wrong with this thing.  Same goes for compatible toner.

2.  Regularly maintain your machines.
